Iceland feed the Firefighters
Published 27 January 2012
On Sunday 22nd January our Jersey Fire Service did a fantastic job of raising £3,236 for the Jersey Branch of the Wessex Cancer Trust by washing 265 cars. Chris Smith, Fire-fighter from Green Watch said it was a hugely successful day for both them and the charity.
With fifty fire-fighters working so hard they were bound to be hungry. Iceland was pleased to come to the rescue buy donating the burgers, sausages and rolls to keep the hunger at bay. Iceland (SandpiperCI) look forward to helping the firefighters next year.
