Food Halls

Last year saw investment in SandpiperCI's flagship mini-supermarket stores in Jersey and Guernsey, namely Benest and St Peter's Food Hall. This year 3 new Stores at L'islet and Cobo in Guernsey have just been launched and Castle Quay in Jersey.

Both were refurbished and rebranded to reveal brighter, fresher and easier-to-shop stores with new and improved ranges and services.  Benest emerged with a new, fresh fish counter and St Peter's with an improved meat and deli counter, still expertly championed by the legendary Chris.  Both stores introduced Waitrose lines, a range which we continually develop and increase in these stores to offer even more choice for our shoppers.  A delicious new range of Fine Wines was introduced, as well as improvements in general to our beer, wine and spirits offerings. Benest also now offers free home delivery and a pharmacy which is open on Saturday mornings. The former Checkers Xpress at St Ouen, Jersey has been rebranded to become St Ouen's Food Hall.

All Food Halls carry a large range of Waitrose fresh food.
