Fresh Food Manager, Jersey
Reporting directly to the Store Manager the successful candidate will join a busy management team to manage the Fresh Food Departments.
The role requires an individual who can lead, motivate and develop a large team in order to ensure that turnover is maximised and sales targets are met. Ideally you would also have proven management and organisational skills, waste management experience and Product/Range Knowledge. This post will involve Duty Management cover on a rotational basis. Only those with retail management experience need apply.

We have a vacancy for a Qualified Skilled Confectioner/Baker within Warry's Bakery.  The position involves flexible start and finishing times, with the hours spread across 6 day week, 39 hours.  The appointed person will be responsible for assisting with confectionary production, ensuring quality levels are maintained, ensuring quality and food standards are adhered to, assisting with the production of traditional bread and rolls, adhering to stock management and stock rotation.  The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in cake production, 4 years experience in the production of bread and rolls, high standard of the English language, working towards or achieved level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and a good understanding of logistics, food hygiene and health and safety.
