Opening an Apple Premium Reseller mid Pandemic
It was no easy task attempting to open a new Apple Premium Reseller in Covid times but we didn’t let a pandemic halt our determination to open the largest Apple Premium reseller in the British Isles, instead of using Apple shopfitters this time round we utilised local talented tradesmen so as not to delay its opening.
Our community has always been important to us and as such we like nothing more than to work with and support local businesses, charities and initiatives.
Here are a couple of examples of what we have been involved with recently.
iQ recently attended the Laxey and Dhoon school federation leadership team session and we were delighted to showcase how iPads can be utilised in the education setting.
We showcased tips and tricks, fantastic educational Apps and we even set a them a quiz at the end to check they’d been listening.
Because education is important to us , we donated 2 iPads and Apple pencils to help them on their way.
Max Kelly, Executive head teacher of the federation said, “iQ worked with the leadership team at the Laxey / Dhoon Federation to train our staff in using iPads and educational apps in school settings. Caroline and the iQ team were patient, knowledgeable, helpful and inspired our teachers to think differently and creatively about our approach to tech in the classroom. We are looking forward to trailing some of the ideas we were given and look forward to partnering with iQ again in the near future to further develop this line of our work. Thanks again, and we look forward to continuing our partnership.”
In addition iQ was also proud to recently be able to assist Memory Lane Games in sourcing iPads to support an upcoming IOM Hospice / Dementia project that they were launching.
