Morrisons support local Schools

Morrisons were proud to donate toys and treats to Trinity School for their summer raffle which raised funds for their school playground.

Morrisons were also proud to donate outside games to St Luke’s School to raise funds for a new books and a brand new library.

Finally, Morrisons donated wine and chocolates to Mont A l’Abbe School which held a raffle on July 24th.

We hope that all of our contributions helped to support and raise money for these local schools!

 

SandpiperCI support Together Making a Difference

4th July

Together Making a Difference held their first family-friendly charity walk on Sunday 4th July. ‘The Big Stripes Challenge,’ started at La Frigate and finished in St Aubin.

Morrisons was proud to donate gifts and wine for their fundraising raffle, with proceeds going towards food packages for families in need and support the education of children who have been stuck at home due to the pandemic.

Brightly Collection Box in Morrisons

14th July

We were thrilled to help Brightly, a small independent Jersey charity that works to improve the lives of children and young people in residential care, care leavers, and others who are facing adversity and in need.

Brightly had a donation box in our Morrisons Queen’s Road Store where they raised money for training classes, work clothes, iPads, driving lessons, kitchen goods, doctor, dentist, and optician appointments, and gym memberships for young people.
