Street Pastors help the community

1,500 lollies to Street Pastors Jersey

Another year of patrolling town for the Street Pastors means another year of donating lollies to their amazing cause. We donated 1,500 lollies to be precise which will last them the rest of the year! Street Pastors Jersey offer reassurance, safety and support on the streets of St Helier on Saturday nights from 11pm until 3am bringing further security and warmth to our local community. Don't be afraid to say hi to them on your night out!

£200 of vouchers to the Liberation raffle in Guernsey

Crew Clothing and Hotel Chocolat have both donated vouchers to the St Peter Port Liberation Raffle at a value of £100 each! The lucky winners of these prizes can choose an abundance of chocolate or some trendy garments.

School fetes

Summers' kicking off soon, meaning the annual school fetes will be in full swing! M&S Food have helped out with this at St John's primary school and St Peter's primary school by donating a combined total of over £400 worth of Colin and Percy treats to the two schools. We wish both schools good luck with the fundraising and hope the summery weather will stay for the day.

Other Donations

We have been busy bees with other charities as well, donating vouchers and raffle prizes to Autism Guernsey, Essential Dance Jersey, Alderney Rotary Club and the Guernsey Cancer Group. Our team at Iceland St Peter have been fundraising for St John Ambulance. We would like to thank everyone who helped out with our fundraising this month, we couldn't have done it without you.

Jersey Skills Show

Our recruitment team were at the Royal Jersey Showground for the Skills Jersey event. The whole day was spent engaging with the community, ranging from students in the morning, to prospective employees in the evening. The team had fun games on such as guess how many Percy Pigs were in a jar and the students had a blast with our selfie frame (the Burger King crowns were also the viral fashion statement of the day).
