Clothes Donation
The donation included a mixture of ladies and men’s clothing, which was very well received by Age Concern Jersey. Rachel, the Retail Manager at Age Concern Jersey said: “Thank you so much for thinking of us. We can do so much with this.” We would also like to give a shout-out to Ferryspeed who kindly shipped the items from Guernsey to Jersey for free.
Age Concern Jersey
Age Concern Jersey is a local charity which provides support and help to the over 55s so that everyone can lead a fulfilling later life. Every day of the week Age Concern Jersey is a hive of activity with craft sessions, computer classes and social activities in the day centre, lunches served daily, a hairdressing salon and visiting chiropodists - there is always something going on to keep Jersey's older community active.
