Eyes down for charity bingo – SandpiperCI raise £2,326!
Last weekend saw our Guernsey colleagues put blotters to paper and come together to raise money for brilliant local charity Les Bourg’s Hospice. You can read all about it in our recap of the event below!

Get your bingo blotter at the ready!
As part of SandpiperCI's charity partnership with Les Bourgs Hospice, our Morrisons Guernsey stores set about raising some vital funds by hosting a charity bingo night and raising an impressive £2,326! You don't have to be a regular player to know the familiar call of 'Two fat ladies!' The fun and sociable night, held at the Royal British Legion, was attended by over 300 locals.
About Les Bourgs Hospice
Les Bourgs Hospice provides the highest levels of compassionate and professional care to patients suffering from life-limiting illnesses, as well as their loved ones. All Bailiwick residents are able to come to the hospice as an in-patient, as well as for respite or day care and there is no charge for the services provided. Over 70 prizes were available
As well as getting to grips with their bingo lingo, attendees also had the chance to win over 70 raffle prizes including an iPad, Apple Watch, airfryers as well as vouchers and hampers. Many thanks go to Dean and Oana, two of our Morrisons Store Managers, for organising this successful event.
