Jersey Trees for Life
The Jersey Trees for Life association held their annual Halloween Scavenger Hunt! The highlight of the day being the tree species scavenger hunt and a costume contest! It was an absolute TREAT to be able to donate pumpkins and sweets for the event.
Alderney Rotary Club
Rotary of Alderney raised £2,610 for the Purple for Polio event at The Mai Thai on Tuesday 24th October. The night included a quiz and raffle, which Le Cocq's Stores donating several boxes of chocolates, followed by superb Thai food!
Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation
Guernsey based charity Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation (PPBF), offer compassionate housing, right next to Southampton Hospital to help provide a lifeline for local families going through difficult times. Once a month, they draw a date at random for a family to stay at one of three private accommodations they offer. This is known as the 'Star of the Month', and the winners also receive a coveted 'Sleep Well' boxes, full of goodies kindly provided by local sponsors. October's box included some spooky themed tasty treats donated by Hotel Chocolat.
Variety Club Jersey
Variety's fantastic annual Autumn Fair was filled with laughs, baked goods and lots of money raised for their brilliant charity! SandpiperCI donated a bottle of bubbles to be auctioned in the raffle on the day.
A Brighter Community Jersey
A night spent raising vital funds for an incredible organisation. The Greenhills Country House Hotel turned pink in aid of A Brighter Community (ABC) Jersey – local Breast Cancer support group. It was a fabulous evening hosted in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness month. We were able to donate a voucher that was auctioned as a part of the raffle on the night.
