Staff Volunteer at Birdsong Garden

7th October

A group of budding volunteers from Iceland, Morrisons Daily and Checkers Xpress volunteered at BirdSong Garden – a wonderful local organisation dedicated to reconnecting people with nature via gardening, small farming and community.

The team were even treated to a hearty lunch of homemade soup in recognition of their efforts! This was not only an excellent team building exercise but an opportunity to support a worthy cause.

M&S Support Breast Cancer Awareness Month

7th October

October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month and M&S Jersey was once again proud to team up with local charity After Breast Cancer Jersey, who offer support to women at any stage of breast cancer.

Throughout the month they collected donations at the King Street store as well as selling ABC pins for a minimum £2 donation.

M&S Jersey spread spooky cheer

31st October

Trick or Treat! The teams at M&S Jersey have been spreading some spooky cheer this Halloween by donating Zombie Percy Pigs to local children!

They were so delighted to treat:

• Robin Ward at Jersey General Hospital

• Caring Cooks of Jersey Halloween party sponsored by The Alliance Club

• Jersey Scouts Association Beaver’s Halloween Camp Out

• Jersey Reds Minis and Juniors

The team were also able to inspire the children at Monte L’Abbe school to get cooking by donating their Farm to Food Hall kits! We can’t wait to see some of their culinary creations!
